What is Mobile Voice Messaging™?
Mobile Voice Messaging™ is a communication service allowing friends and family of an incarcerated loved one to receive important recorded voice messages. The message recipient pays for each voice message either using a major credit/debit card (Visa ®, MasterCard ®, American Express ®, and Discover ® Card) or funds from a Securus prepaid AdvanceConnect account ( The voice message payment page indicates which payment method may be used to purchase the voice message.
How does it work?
It's simple as 1-2- 3
  1. An incarcerated loved one leaves a pre-recorded voice message.
  2. You will receive a text message from your incarcerated loved one. Click the link in the text message to view the:
    • Name of the person who recorded the voice message;
    • Name of the correctional facility;
    • Length of the voice message and;
    • Total cost to listen to the voice message.
  3. Follow the prompts to pay for and listen to the voice message.
What is
Mobile Voice Messaging will be billed on your credit/debit card statement as We use a short domain name ( to fit on your credit card statement, which makes it easier for you to contact us for your service needs.
What is the cost of each voice message?
The cost of each voice message is based on the length of the voice message and will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
How long is each voice message?
The voice message recording is up to two (2) minutes in length.
Oops, I couldn't hear the recording. What should I do?
We're so sorry, we know how important this recording is to you. Make sure your speaker volume is turned up. If that does not work, try typing the link (starting with http://) from your text message exactly as it appears in a different web browser or computer / tablet. The voice message can be played on any web browser.
What would I need to access my Mobile Voice Message?
You will need to be subscribed to a U.S. mobile carrier with a SMS messaging plan to receive a notification of a voice message and the ability to access the web to listen to an audio file.
How can I block my cell phone number from receiving Mobile Voice Messaging texts?
Text STOP to 33297 or call (844) 777-0710 to have one of our friendly Customer Care Specialists opt you out of the program. Our business hours are M-F 9AM-9PM EST.
What happens if I want to replay my voice message and cannot find it?
Click the link in the text message and you will be prompted on how to access that message for a limited period of time. The message expiration is displayed on the play page where you listen to the voice message.
